Assalamu Alaikum and welcome to Nikah Nest! We are honored to be part of your sacred wedding journey. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the relationship between you and Nikah Nest when you use our platform to connect with trusted Muslim wedding vendors.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms, which are designed with Islamic principles of fairness, honesty (Sidq), and mutual benefit (Maslaha) in mind. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Agreement to Terms
Your Acceptance
By accessing and using Nikah Nest, creating an account, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission.
Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.

Important Note
Nikah Nest is a platform that connects couples with vendors. We do not directly provide wedding services, but facilitate connections with verified service providers.
Your Responsibilities
🔒 Account Security
- • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • You are responsible for all activities under your account
📝 Accurate Information
- • Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile
- • Update your information when it changes
- • Ensure all wedding planning details are correct
🤝 Respectful Communication
- • Communicate respectfully with vendors and other users
- • Follow Islamic principles of kindness and courtesy
- • Provide honest and constructive reviews
❌ Prohibited Activities
- • Posting false or misleading information
- • Harassing or discriminating against others
- • Attempting to circumvent our platform for direct deals
- • Using our services for any illegal purposes
Vendor Relationships & Bookings
Independent Contractors
All vendors on our platform are independent service providers. Nikah Nest facilitates connections but is not a party to the contracts between you and vendors.

- • All bookings and contracts are directly between you and the vendor
- • We recommend reviewing vendor terms and policies carefully
- • Payment terms and cancellation policies are set by individual vendors
- • We encourage written agreements for all services

- • We verify vendors through our screening process
- • However, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided
- • We encourage you to research vendors thoroughly
- • Report any issues to help us maintain platform quality
Payment & Pricing
💰 Platform Usage
Our basic platform services are currently free for couples planning their weddings. Premium features, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed with pricing information.
💳 Vendor Payments
All payments for vendor services are made directly to vendors. Nikah Nest does not process payments between couples and service providers, ensuring transparency and direct relationships.
🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Platform Booking Cancellations:
- Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of advance payment will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount.
- After 24 hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 24 hours of advance payment.
Important Notice:
The above constitutes Nikah Nest's standard cancellation policy. Individual vendors may maintain their own cancellation and refund terms, which shall apply in addition to or in lieu of our policy, as specified in their service agreements. Clients are advised to review vendor-specific policies before confirming bookings.
Refund processing may take 5-7 business days. All refunds are subject to verification and approval by our administrative team.
Intellectual Property

The Nikah Nest platform, including our logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
📸 User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reviews, etc.). However, by posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.
⚖️ Respect for Rights
Please ensure you have the right to share any content you post. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission, and respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
While we strive to provide the best possible service, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should understand.
Platform Limitation: Nikah Nest acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by vendors.
Service Disputes: Any disputes regarding vendor services should be resolved directly with the vendor. We may assist in mediation but are not responsible for the outcome.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, acts of God, etc.).
Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- • Download any data you wish to keep
- • Complete any pending vendor communications
- • Account deletion is typically processed within 7 days
🛡️ By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
- • We will provide notice when possible
- • Immediate termination for serious violations
- • You may appeal termination decisions
Governing Law & Disputes
⚖️ Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
🤝 Dispute Resolution
In keeping with Islamic principles of reconciliation, we encourage resolving disputes through peaceful dialogue and mediation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:
